Highlands Game Athlete
 

He was thirty-eight when he and his family happened to find out about the Highlands Games.  Little did Sean know that the visit to this event would change his whole entire life.  At this one event he found his heritage, his culture, his passion and his internal strength.  He began the arduous training to become a Highlands athlete.  He participated in his first games this year at the age of forty.  

"Everyone looks good in a kilt!" He says as he shares his passion for the games with us. Participation in the games is diminishing and he'd like to see that turn around.  All age groups, male and female are welcome.  They have master competitions for even 60-year-olds.
